Sail the seas:
There is a lot of water in the world and a real sailor knows them all. Take a journey around the world. You can sail for eternity if your heart desires it. Crushing waves, sea monsters, remote islands. There’s an entire world to explore and most of it lies within the sea. Hundreds of thousands of small islands exist. Why not claim one of your very own? Just make sure there isn’t something living there already. When you’re out on the deep blue, you won’t be able to cry for help. Hopefully your crew has your back.
Nanithara:
A massive ice continent, Nanithara is terrifying and inhospitable. The biting winds are deadly and the water is worse. You might find some algae, mold, and the odd fungus, but don’t hold your hopes up for any other greenery. The creatures that live there are often as cold as the land. The ice creatures are not used to visitors and nearly all of them are carnivorous…And very, very hungry. Prepare for six months of day and six months of night as well. And don’t even think about visiting during the night months! The weather conditions are harsh enough to kill on impact to any creature that isn’t immune to cold.
Malenia:
Opposite of Nanithara, Malenia is a land of fire. It is said to be the birthplace of dragons, but even the reptilian fire breathers found the conditions too harsh to stand. The air, filled with harmful smokes and gases, is difficult to breathe and may be deadly after weeks of exposure without protection. The land is highly volcanic. Watch out for gas pockets and random bursts of magma. The fire creatures that live there tend to be skittish and often live underground, but that doesn’t make them harmless.
Torvor:
The birthplace of the humans. Torvor is a landmass that exists within a nullified bubble. Meaning? Magic does not work there. This is bad news for the fae and shadows, both of which are directly connected to the powerful force. The anti-magical land would cut the lifespan of a fae creature in half. On Torvor, shapeshifters may only shift during the full moon and any special abilities would be rendered useless. They would be humans in a different shell. The place is crowded and possesses a higher level of technology than Litharia (think steampunk). It is ruled by a monotheistic church.
