I'm bleeding out
So if the last thing that I do
Is bring you down
I'll bleed out for you
So I bare my skin
And I count my sins
And I close my eyes
And I take it in
I'm bleeding out
I'm bleeding out for you, for you.
Oh, you tell me to hold on
Oh, you tell me to hold on
But innocence is gone
And what was right is wrong
So if the last thing that I do
Is bring you down
I'll bleed out for you

Appearance:
General Features; Tulla is a brawny young female daemon. With a height of 5'6, she's considered a freak of daemon nature as she is much taller than the average of her kind. She does not have the luxury of using the 'I used to be human' excuse either, since she was born as a daemon. Her position demands constant training for combat and for being a role model to the other Dragon Guardians, giving her the heavily toned body she has to the current day. A first glance at her heart-shaped face, high cheekbones, and smooth lips could give a false-sense of innocence.
Like most of her kind, she has semi-rubber like skin that is a lighter tone of gray with a blue hue. Blue dots of different sizes outlined with green are scattered across her back and the back of her hands. Scars line her body from her past and the present, but many look past those to appreciate the beauty of a female Regeren leader.
It is quite obvious to others what her species is and what exactly her magic is revolved around. With a eleven foot long barbed tail and the flat, aquatic wings that attach from midway under her forearms down to mid-thighs, many can assume she has a ray influence. These allow her to swim through water much as a ray would. Her wings are a darker shade of gray, the edges just hinting at a rose-red shade while the base is more of a deep blue. The same blue-green spots line the backside of these wings.
Hair; Black as the night itself, Tulla's hair reaches down to her lower lumbar region. Her bangs naturally sweep to the sides and stay out of her face for the most part. It is thick and silky in appearance due to her aquatic nature and sometimes even constantly looks wet. Most of the time she keeps it braided to keep it from getting in her way.
Eyes; Tulla's eyes are large and almond shaped. They are quite beautiful, for they are as blue as the ocean itself. If closely observed, one could see the wear-and-tear and the fatigue surrounding her eyes, as well as the danger she possesses. Eye contact and expression is her first form of using authority and threats.
Clothes; From the most simple, black gowns, to colorful skirts and dresses, to armor or to almost nothing at all, Tulla will wear whatever she can fit in. Due to her aquatic wings, that usually means she can't wear very much. As far as armor goes, she can really only wear gauntlets, pauldrons, helmets and greaves. The rest of her body is very much exposed and there's not much she can do about it. The armor she does have is made of the finest metals that the Dragon Guardians smids have to offer. It is silver in appearance and shines brighter than any normal steel, a tactic she uses against and for dragons. Her helmet was also customized for her; a barbuta helm that fits just right with dragon wings coming out along the sides, similar to what her generals wear besides the wings being of dragons rather than gryphons. It is on her helmet that the symbol of the Dragon Guardians is painted on.
Weapons; Usually bearing a flag with her army's symbol upon it, Tulla does not fight as much as others might think. As the Regeren, she is a tactical war leader and the army's Queen. If she falls, chaos could erupt, thus she only goes into battle when absolutely necessary. However, she is still trained in the arts of combat. Her favorite weapon to use is her tail. It is faster than any weapon a man could wield and can kill from either poison or penetration. If not that, then she prefers spears, javelins, pole arms, or tridents.
Pets:
Saph; A twin to Emie, Saph is a Common Gryphon/Warmonger Gryphon hybrid. He is the best (along with his brother) trained and bred gryphon out of all within the Dragon Guardians, as is the Regeren's right to own. His amber eyes and dark brown feathers make him a beauty, while his black lion fur with a slight purple huge makes him unique. Unlike his brother, all of Saph's legs are avian with deadly talons on the ends. Out of the two, he is the more humble and responsive. He tends to be more social and not as aggressive, both towards other animals, gryphons, and people. With his undying sense of loyalty and love for Tulla, Saph is seen as the better of the two.
Emie; Emie too is a Common Gryphon/Warmonger Gryphon hybrid. He looks exactly like Saph, except with pale green eyes and a green-ish hue rather than purple. His back legs are also that of a lion's and are not all avian. Also one of the best gryphons among the army, he and Saph are both trained in an outstanding number of voice commands from Tulla alone, as well are trained to both battle at the same time with her, sometimes even having her switch mounts without falling to her death in mid-air. Emie is the aggressive killer. He has killed those who approach him without Tulla being present before, and will do so again. He gets along with no one other than Tulla and is also a vain creature. Out of him and Saph, Emie is actually the better fighter whereas his twin is the best flyer. If not for Tulla, Emie would have been killed years ago.
Baby Warmonger Gryphons; Tulla constantly likes to have baby gryphons with her, as they calm her and keep her relaxed. She does not claim them as hers though and merely enjoy them for company, making sure to keep them away from Emie at all times.

I'm bleeding out for you, for you.
Personality:
Odd; Tulla is, overall, an outcast as not many people get along with her nor even attempt to socialize with her. As a tall daemon, her own kind give her strange looks. As a woman in a man's seat of power, her own people fear her and wonder if she got her position from treason. And as an aquatic with the wings of a ray, some don't even want to know it is that she does with them. In the public's eyes, she is an oddity.
Strong; She is not the Regeren for nothing. Tulla has an immense amount of will power. She is strong in most ways, mentally, physically, and emotionally. She is decent at controlling her emotions and her own strength. Her temper may flare from time-to-time, but after years of training and being in a position of power, she has learned how to stay her hand. Her strong influence plays a major role in morale among the Dragon Guardians.
Friendly; Tulla is generally an easy-going, social woman that takes pride in those she considers close friends. Her loyalty towards them knows no bounds as she would do nearly anything to protect and guide them. Their happiness is something she also likes to keep in check too. With her power and money, she is able to provide some form of happiness. There are those who would abuse her loyalty, so Tulla keeps her inner circle small. It is small to begin with, with her being an outcast as well.
Strict; "Fearless Warleader" is not a title she earned by picking daisies and letting her men do whatever it is that they please. When she is in her seat of power, she keeps a demeanor that dares someone to challenge her. Her voice gives off no hesitation when she yells orders, gives no room for manipulation or second guessing. What she says is law, and if any doubt, she will crack down on them and leave no room for treason or uncertainty.
Lawful Evil; "A lawful evil villain methodically takes what he wants within the limits of his code of conduct without regard for whom it hurts. He cares about tradition, loyalty, and order but not about freedom, dignity, or life. He plays by the rules but without mercy or compassion. He is comfortable in a hierarchy and would like to rule, but is willing to serve. He condemns others not according to their actions but according to race, religion, homeland, or social rank. He is loath to break laws or promises."
Unpredictable; One minute Tulla might be socializing and playing, the next her barbed-tail may be sticking through the chest of that same person she was socializing with. Though she has a good old on her emotional state, her mental one is another matter. Mentally, she can keep herself stress-free and focused, but being mentally-sound not so much. From time-to-time she can snap and in that instant, someone might be dead from her deadly barb.
Open-Minded; A reason that she makes a decent Regeren is due to this. She is open to most ideas, thoughts, ways of life, mindsets, appearances, and so on. During court, when a Algeman is arguing with a Kapitean on whether a dragon is a threat or not, Tulla keeps her thoughts open to the idea that either or might be right. As an acolyte too, she is required to have an open mind on sexuality and personal differences.

History:
Tulla's childhood was in the Tangle with her mother being the only one to raise her. They lived deep, deep in the forest, towards the edge that connected to the ocean. Most of her life was actually in the ocean. Her aquatic wings and tail always needed to be hydrated with water, so it was only reasonable that her mother raised her around the ocean rather towards the mainland. Both her mother and she were quite close to one another. Tulla only had her mother for a good portion of her life after all, with being so deep in the Tangle and away from civilization.
Once she was out of her childhood, Tulla's mother promised that they would move to a different location that was more civilized. Tulla, excited that she was finally able to meet others, was ecstatic. That night when she tried to sleep, she could not due to her excitement. To wear herself out, she decided to go for a long swim along the coast and headed out of the hut that her and her mother resided it. When she returned, the hut was burned down, the ground scorched, and the air smelled of burning bodies. There were men and gryphons everywhere, covered with armor with similar symbols and her first initial thought was that they did this. Her mother was strong and she believed that her mother was still alive, but for burning down the hut she would have her revenge. Tulla ran towards the man that seemed to be in charge and poised her bard, ready to strike it through the opening under his arm and drive it all the way through his heart. The man's gryphons warned him though, and she was caught by others before she could reach him. Tears streamed down her face as she swore, screamed, and cried. The leader of the men tried to calm her, but it would not work. Tulla began to thrash and before she could do any real damage, the man smashed the end of his pommel into the side of her head, knocking her unconscious.
When Tulla awoke, she was in chains. Her captors were not savages, she noticed, as they provided water and food for her. Her cell was guarded by a gryphon of some sort, covered in golden feathers. Hours passed before someone came, told her that she deserved to know the truth, and took her to their leader.
She was before the man she had tried to killed. The man sat on a throne and she realized that what she had done could be her demise. Instead the man explained to her that they were not the ones that burnt down the hut. They were a group known as the Dragon Guardians, and she was in one of their fortresses. They had been hunting a dangerous dragon that was terrorizing the forest and it had just so happened to pick her home as its next target. Tulla asked about her mother, and the man reluctantly explained that she was dead; first killed by being bitten in half, then the rest burned. Tulla screamed from pain and the man ordered her to be taken back. And from there, her world went to dark.
She grew depressed, and stayed so for years. It was customary for daemons to leave their parents and have no real emotional attachments towards them, but Tulla's mom was the only person that she knew. Every day, an Algeman of the fort, came down and offered her the chance to join them or to perish in her cell for her crimes, and for years there was no response, nor even a hint of interest in her cold, dead eyes. It was not till the Regeren, the man who she had attempted to kill, came to her cell one day and persuaded her with harsh yet inspiring words that brought life back into her eyes. In the end Tulla joined the Dragon Guardians and honed her skills to the best of her ability. She flew up the ranks and, when the Regeren passed, she dared to take the spot herself, a spot that for generations was only taken by men. From trial and error she learned to rule with an iron fist. Later on during her travels is where she learned of the Acolytes of Tataryn and pledged herself to them as well.
